Episcopal Church Women

The ECW is open to all women of the church.  The group meets for meetings every two months for fellowship and to identify ways to support various missions of the church.  Meetings are typically the 2nd Sunday of the month (Jan, Mar, May, Sept, Nov) at 8:50 a.m. in Hudson Hall.    Additional meetings are held, if needed, to coordinate upcoming activities.

The St. Thomas ECW is a vibrant group that supports our community of women, as well as the parish as a whole.    We provide support for both in-reach and outreach needs and activities.   In 2010, our ECW donated over $4000 in support of various causes.  Our strong traditions include a lively, well attended book group that has been in existence for over 10 years, spring & fall fundraisers, sponsor the twice yearly United Thank Offering (UTO) collection and a bi-annual magnificent afternoon tea resplendent with a linen, china and silver service.  For many years we created a handmade quilt that was raffled at our fall fair.    We are a friendly group and always welcome new additions as well as new ideas.
